Abstract
The modern women desire small and oval face. Now cosmetic bone surgery is big trend of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Conventional angle ostectomy have technical weak point(longer time of surgery, difficult approach to posterior ramus, condyle fracture, secondary angle ......) In my case, I successfully treated small asymmetric angle patient with lateral corticotomy of mandibular angle & ostectomy via intraoral & trans-submandibular approach. This approah have advantages of shorten operation time, minimal secondary angle, more wide surgical field.
